Soft, interactive sculptures made from foam, duct tape, feathers and drawings inspired by mindful curiosity in the everyday. These tactile objects were designed to prompt performative actions and exercise the hands, considering the benefits of touch on well-being. The future mindfulness and object-based workshop, Midday Pause, will see staff interacting with these sculptures in an office environment as they pause and play.
