Series of of mixed-media drawings on tracing paper, acetate and cartridge exploring the many layered world of my mind. Aiming to translate and transcribe inner complex emotions, such as worrying and pining, through repetitive mark-making onto ethereal materials as a way to let go. Combining these drawings together to form a quiet installation through which people could walk between the hanging sheets of A1 tracing paper, looking between the layers, considering how we still try to understand the many layers of another’s mind. Exhibited at Platform 1, Herbert Read Gallery UCA Canterbury and at Mouton/Sheep the Art Sequana Event, University of Rouen.
