A site-specific performance loosely structured around the film Wings of Desire (1987) by Wim Wenders, exploring the perpetual search for identity, ethereality, and impossible worlds. Performed at Stiftung Reinbeckhallen in Berlin, as the outcome from a residency. Created in collaboration with Danielle Donnally, Susan Huyett, Rane Jiang, Fanis Sakellariou, Violeta Valcheva, Mia Yang, Lei Zhang and Pengfei Zhu. With additional performers Konstantinos Chaldaios, Aziza Kadyrova and Berlin-based dancers Yin Cheng – Kokott, Tiziano Portas and Emmy Lou Thomsen. As well as performing, I created the set design of multiple sets of staircases made from blocks of foam 1m x 30cm x 20 cm, silver tape and cassette tapes.
